1. General No-Refund Policy

All ticket purchases made on TicketToHome.com are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once successfully purchased and entered into a lottery draw.

2. Exception – Lottery Cancellation

Refunds will only be issued if a lottery draw is canceled by Ticket To Home Ltd for any reason. In such cases, all eligible ticket purchasers will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to win
  • Disqualification
  • Incorrect details
  • Delays that do not result in cancellation
